Washing Off Process
Rinse for 10 min at 50º c.
Neutralize for 10 min at 50ºc. Acentic acid (ph= 5.5 to 6)
Soap for 10 min at 95º c. 1-3g/1 washing off agent to be added.
Soap for 10 min at 95ºc.
Repeat above step for very dark shade.
Rinse for 10 min at 70ºc.
Rinse for 10 min cold.
Soften as usual or after treatment as required.
